Do you offer Military or First Responder Discounts? 

Yes, we are proud to offer a discount for our service members and first responders. We are currently implementing an automated verification system. In the meantime, please use our Contact Form to reach out with appropriate verification documentation, and we will manually apply a discount code for your use.

When will my order ship, and what are the delivery times?

All orders will be processed and prepared for shipping within 2-4 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your chosen method and location. 

Can I change or combine orders after they are placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to manually combine separate orders for shipping once they are submitted. If you need to make an immediate correction to a single order (e.g., address), please contact us via the Contact Form immediately.

Where do your orders ship from?

All orders are processed and shipped in the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

I have an issue with my order. How do I get help?

For the fastest resolution, please use our Contact Form. Please include your Order Number and a detailed description of the problem (e.g., missing item, damage). We guarantee a response from our team within 1 business day.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please use the Contact Form to start the process.

Eligibility Requirements:

    • Items must be in the same condition as received - unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
    • Receipt or proof of purchase required

Return Process:

    • Use the Contact Form to start the process.
    • If accepted, we'll send a return shipping label with instructions
    • Items sent back without requesting a return first won't be accepted

Damages & Issues: Customers should inspect orders upon receipt and contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items:

    • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
    • Custom or personalized items
    • Sale items
    • Gift cards

Exchanges: We recommend returning the unwanted item and making a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days (contact us if it takes more than 15 business days).
